Paneer Tikka Recipe
Paneer Tikka is a popular North Indian dish made by marinating cubes of
paneer (Indian cottage cheese) with yogurt and aromatic spices, then
grilling or roasting them until golden and smoky. It is often served with
onions, bell peppers, and mint chutney. The spicy, tangy marinade made
with curd, lemon juice, and masalas gives it a rich flavor and soft
texture. Paneer Tikka is a favorite starter at Indian restaurants and is
loved for its vibrant taste and smoky aroma.
